Larch wood is a boutique cutting board maker out of Cape Brenton, Nova Scotia. Exclusively using Eastern larch (also known as tamarack or juniper), each cutting board is individually made and one-of-a-kind. The superior end-grain construction naturally protects against surface scarring while also being safe for knife edges.
